	L-1 Light - Travel in Straight Lines: Three cards and a flashlight are used to prove that light travels in straight lines. L-2 Refraction: A pie plate, water, and a penny are used to prove that light refracts when it passes from water into air, at an angle. Science Process Skills: Observing, Communicating, *Classifying, Co-operating, Inferring, Predicting, Interpreting, Controlling Variables. * This process skill applicable to Level 1 only.
	L-3 Light and Colour: A beam of white sunlight is split into its component colours using a small mirror and a bowl of water. Science Process Skills: Observing, Communicating, Co-operating, Measuring, Inferring, Predicting, Interpreting, Controlling Variables.
