Elizabeth Ginn
Responsibility: Designs, writes, illustrates, and provides front-line client service for Professor Beaker's Learning Labs.

Elizabeth is the prime writing force behind the Learning Labs,Science Units, and Simple Machines book. Elizabeth's strength is her ability to:

  • research the curriculum expectations

  • transform the curriculum expectations into an educational resource
  • write the resource such that it is suitable for both the educator and students
  • illustrate the educational resource such that it is "fun" for the students.

Following the design process, Elizabeth distributes each product under development to additional educators to field test. This ensures the product meets the science and technology needs of the educators and is suitable for the students.

Elizabeth has a Bachelor's of Science (Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario) and was a classroom volunteer 8 years at R.L. Beattie Elementary School, Sudbury, Ontario.
