WS-1 Water Cycle: Demonstrations are conducted and models are constructed to reinforce the science behind the water cycle (evaporation, making a cloud, making and using a rain gauge, measuring snowfall accumulation, testing for acid rain).
Science Process Skills: Observing, Communicating, Co-operating, *Measuring, *Inferring, *Predicting, *Interpreting, *Developing Models.
* this process skill is applicable to some of the demonstrations/models.

WS-2 Wind: Demonstrations are conducted and models are constructed to reinforce the science behind wind (warm air expansion, differential solar heating, estimating wind speed, model of a hurricane in a bowl, model of a tornado in a jar).
Science Process Skills: Observing, Communicating, Co-operating, *Measuring, Inferring, *Developing Models.
